I gave my photo a painterly look with the artistic filters and Topaz Impression. I made a new file. I clipped my photo to a 12 by 12 FotoBlendz. I resized the photo. I placed the background paper. I placed the brushes from the ArchiTextures. I added the transfers and brushes from AAP Memento. I added some more brushes from ArchiTextures. I added a reflection of the bridge and water by duplicating the photo and transforming it vertical! I gave it a ripple by Filter-Distortion-Ripple. I used a low opacity of the transformed photo. I blended only a little part in by using a layermask. I added the stitching and the elements. I added the text.
