Process: After placing the layers for page 20 and page 10 on a new 24x12 inch document, I clipped my photos to the framed masks and fotoblendz masks, adjusting as necessary. I gave all the photos the same photo treatment and adjusted them with adjustment layers and blend modes. The same technique was applied to the yellow button on the far left. I recolored the stains, added transfers and taped textures along with the buttons and threads. Finally, I wrote my journaling and switched out the titles to finish my two page spread. I share a couple of tips for using blend modes with levels adjustment layers and what that might mean for combining new and old photos here.
