I started by making my photo sharper. I duplicated the photo and did a threshold on it. I blended this photo with the original photo. I merged them and gave the photo a dark sepia look. I made a new document and I started with clipping my photo on a 12 by 12 FotoBlendz. I resized it a little. I added the background paper from AAP Roots. I placed all the transfers and brushes from AT Roots. Some were also blended over the photo. I added the word art from the AAP and the Family WordMix. I added the elements.
