Process:
I started with Blossom Artsy Transfer # 5, clipping my first image to a transfer layer. I made the background by duplicating an artsy paper from the Take Flight AP and duplicating it three times on multiply blending mode. I added Artsy Transfer #1 and clipped my second image to a paint layer.
And then the fun began. Because Photoshop Elements doesn't have a composite feature, the layers panel gets really full, and it can be hard to remember what goes with what once you start moving things around. It took me several tries to get things mostly right, and eventually I merged various layers and clipped the merge into a framed mask, then I merged another set of layers and clipped that into a 12x12 Fotoblendz. Since the word art got trapped in the first merge, I lost all ability to tweak it, and there was also another mistaken layer in that group, which I had to cover with a bouquet that I made from putting a few of the Artsy Transfers together. Necessity is the mother of invention.
Eventually I flattened the whole thing and put it on a black backdrop, for a frame. I actually wound up liking how the word art fell.
