Journaling:
When we got to Bernalillo, there was a 25-minute wait at the Range Cafe. We adventured out and it came down to iHOP or the casino at the Santa Ana Pueblo. It was a feast and we'll do it again. It was easy to skip the slot machines because they just seemed too strange to us.

this is different and really made me smile...casino buffets are the best deals ;-) love the triple lemons on the left, and all that color! Yes, a room full of slot machines can almost be sensory overload!

My imagination has kicked in on this, picturing you riding into the casino in your jeep. Wouldn't THAT have been a show-stopper? I don't get the gaming thing myself, and never would have thought to enter a casino to eat. Awesome fun page!

I couldn't believe this was your page, it really made me smile. I agree with dwsewbiz, casino buffets are the best, but the noise from the machines can be too much. But they lend to the fun atmosphere. Wonderful photo and the three lemons are really very clever. LOVE your pages!

My grandfather used to love the casino buffets. Loss leaders, he would say. I think your use of the lemons on the opposite page is genius!!
