Process
Solid paper 4 from APP Mountain High was selected for the base of the page.
I opened up one of Artsy Transfers Wonderful. Using all layers, and drag to my page, on a group.
Moved on the paper and when they are ready for my notion, I used the brush7 from the kit APP Mountain High.
It would mask, and I clipped the photo.
Copied it, transformed, resized, and moved it, in the mask.
Added glow under the flowers, added wordart, embellishments and quotes were added to complete the page.
