It has been a wonderful busy year for Ethan. He has grown and changed so much as babies do. Its amazing watching the progress and seeing all that he accomplishes. He has had his own way of doing things, he never liked laying on his tummy, so he never learned to crawl the way babies normally do. Instead he invented his own way. He would lay on his side and use one of his legs to pull and his arm under him to push, he was quite a site! I was lucky enough to get it on video. He started cutting teeth and 10 months old, and at 12 months has only two on top and two on the bottom. He has the sweetest baby grins!! Ethan has also been busy learning to walk along the furniture and walls. He has yet to get brave enough to let go though. He is such a good baby, always happy and smiling. Im really sad to see him growing up so fast and yet I enjoy every new achievement and little thing he learns.Ethan hasnt had any problems with his Neurofibromatosis. He will continue to have yearly check ups with the genetics clinic and his eye doctor, as well as yearly physicals with Dr. Baker. I look forward to the coming year excited for all the new things that he will be learning! Having this sweet little guy has totally and completely changed our lives! He is a constant joy!!
