WaterColor FotoBlendz No. 4 by Anna Aspnes http://www.oscraps.com/shop/Limited-Edition-aA-Birthday-ValuePack.html

Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Portiere. I duplicated it and the copy was set to blend mode Multiply. I clipped the photo to a blendz from WaterColor FotoBlendz No. 4. I added brushes, transfers and overlays from ArtPlay Palette Portiere, ArtPlay Palette Behold and ArtPlay Palette Take Fligh and placed all these under the fotoblendz with a various of blending modes. I also added brushes from ArchiTextures No 5 and placed these on the left side of the photo. I used some of the layers in a glow from FotoGlow Mix No 2 to get the shades of colors on the background. A texture from TapedTextures No. 1 was placed to the right side of the layout and I finished the layout with a wordart from Fabulous WordART Mix No 1.
What lovely textures, it reminds me of a fresco. I love how you used the glows and the architecture brushes. That is a very interesting photo you romanced.

This has wonderful depth at the base of the photo and up around the edge. Inspirational.
