Process: I started with a template from Spring Template Album No. 2. I placed an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Savor as the background. I added the photo and clipped it to a fotoblendz on the template. Then I adjusted it with some filter effects from the Filter Gallery. I duplicated it and the copy was set to Soft Light. I also increased the saturation and erased parts of the frame. I placed another artsy paper from the APP in the small frame and clipped it to the frame mask. Then I added brushes, a painted overlay and a wordart from the APP. I finished the page with the quote.
