Artsy paper 4 from APP Reflections was used as the base of the page. Artsy Transfers Glacial_2 was opened. The map of the Everglades was clipped to the large paint area. The paint area was duplicated, resized smaller and place above the map. The photo of the flamingos was clipped to this. The photo was duplicated and clipped to the textured layer with the blending mode changed to color burn. A composite image was made and imported to the 12x12 page. A transfer from AT Break Away_3 was layered under the composite image.The Everglades map was clipped to a flow glow, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light. The blending mode of the compass was changed to color burn, duplicated (opacity reduced). A word label, border, stitchez and embellishments were added to complete the page.

I really like what you did with the map, and the birds in flight, too, since these guys obviously come and go. Didn't know that...an interesting fact as well as a beautiful and spacious design.

when our kids were small we went to zoos all over the country and always looked for the flamingos first
