This is my layout for the DSC this week - the O Show and Tell. Such a fun challenge - but VERY hard for me! I have so many fav designers and so many products I wanted to throw into this layout. But, I had to keep it my style, and that means only a few elements. I started this 3 times.
I LOVE this pic of my Ella. I took it on vacation last week, and did some work on the photo before scrapping it.
Supplies:
Kraft paper: Twiggy Berry by Paislee Press **This is my absolute favorite paper to scrap with. It appears in more of my layouts than any other. It is a fab kraft paper. It makes me happy.
It reminds me of paper scrapping - I used kraft paper all the time.**
Other papers, notebook lines, flowers (restyled into a frame border): Ecologie by Paislee Press **This is one of my fav kits. I love all of Liz's stuff but this one really makes me happy. The colors are awesome. The elements are subtle and have a million possibilities. Here I retooled one of the flower elements into a frame border.**
Staples: Natural kit by Vicki Stegall **Miss Vicki rules.
And, I'm a staple lover, and it can be hard to find the perfect staples. But I really love these - so real and I love that they are crossed. LOVE them!**
Acrylic flowers: Stilted Elements by Joanne Brisebois **Love these! They are my newest addition, and they are SO fun! I love acrylic stuff, and I just love these. So many options, they are so real!**
Date stamp: Date Me No. 2 by Paislee Press **Although this is a fairly new addition to my collection, I just love it! It is a break from my boring typing of the date, and it is so unique and really adds something to a layout.**
Heart brush (in date stamp): From the Heart Stamps by TaylorMade Designs**I love these brushes. Amanda is one of my absolute favorite designers and I use this brush all the time. It is so versatile, it can add a little punch like this or make a bigger impact too.**
Wordart: O Escape collab - TaylorMade Designs **I love Amanda's wordart! This one worked perfectly with this layout.**
