Process
A solid paper from APP Vitality was selected for the background. Artsy Transfers Euphoria_1 was opened. The photo was clipped to the large paint layer, duplicated and clipped to another paint area. Some of the layers were resized, moved or deleted. A composite image was made and imported to the 12 x12 page. A layer mask was added and using a soft brush the hard edges were brushed out (hidden). This was duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light. Transfers 1 (changed to linear burn) and 8 (changed to pin light) from APP Vitality were layered behind the composite image. Different individual layers from various Artsy Transfers Vitality were added to the page for texture. Another photo of the cars was clipped to the a torn foto mask. Paint sprays, splatters, a warm glow and word art were added to complete the page.
