I imported my backing paper then clipped my photo to a FotoBlendz, duplicated it and set blending mode to Hard Light. I added various transfers and textures. I imported a frame and duplicated it, placing one over the photo and I filled the other with WordART, reducing the opacity on the heart so it didn't stand out so much.
