Looking back at Roussillion, from 2007. I could never go back and scrap all the past trips, but I like including past photos, present scrapping, in my journal.
Featuring Anna Aspnes Artsy Transfers Chatter, coming soon. The Chatter transfers have a lot of color and edge to them, perfect for 'painting'.

Process:
Starting with a page from the WaterColor Template, I placed the same photo on the FotoBlendz and the frame masks (this simple trick enables the frames to highlight a section/detail of the photos), then colored the stains.
Next I used several transfers from At Chatter to color and blend. These transfers make for wonderful painterly effects, simply moving them around, changing opacity, and sometimes duplicating to get color where I wanted it.
The red door was in a beige building, so when I blended it, it looked like a hole in the page. So I placed another photo of the same scene, taken from a different perspective, on the background, placing it against a rose-colored paper from APP Love Letters and setting it to Color Burn. Then I applied a Watercolor Filter to the photo and added a glow from MM Hearts.
