Natural Instinct Sampler (Retired?)
Font: Hellena Script
Photos taken with my iPhone

Process Notes: Using solid paper 2 from Mountain High as my base, I turned off all the layers except the photo blends mask and the three photo frames and starting building from there on the template page. I turned the large winter season photo into a pseudo watercolor and clipped it to the mask, followed by clipping the other 3 seasons into their respective masks. I left all of them on Normal mode.

Then I turned on each of the stains and colored them using the colors in the photos. I added more stains under the main photo again matching colors from the photo. From there I added the word art in the upper left corner and peaking out from under the autumn photo, in the sky and on the three photos.

I added the overlay from Natural Instinct Sampler on the bottom left corner to give the layout some dirt so to speak and some tissue texture to the winter sky, putting it on Multiply with 100% opacity. I placed the tape on the page above it and as per Suzie Griffiths video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6t_qSbMz6O4, I learned how to really bring out the texture of tapes. thank you Suzie!

I added the title and acrylic number.

From there I added the elements from ArtPlay Palettes Mountain High and Glacial as well as the MultiMedia Leaf. I kept the stain with the leaf and recolored it green, but moved the white spatter under the journaling. I moved the glow up to the left corner above the word art to represent the sun and I liked the added yellow up there.

From there I added the journaling and scribble overlay from Mountain High and called it done.
What a great background and use of the mask and template, the pictures are great like the colors, beautiful how you let see us the Four Seasons, a gorgeous page!

A great set of photos! Love the elements from the seasons and the color behind the photos pulling it all together.

Beautiful photo's and travel page! Love the colors coming back behind the photo and the elements you used!

Love the concept of this and how you put everything together. I like to watch these sorts of changes, too, in particular, in our willow trees, which seem to change daily. The acrylic is a really nice touch--understated but dimensional.

A great collection of seasonal photos! Beautiful! Love the little touches of embellishments!

love the idea of a photo at each of the seasons - love your title! love the journaling! gorgeous page!
