I did this last night when storm Gertrude was battering Scotland and I wanted a page to record that my husband is currently addicted to TV programmes about folk who sell up and move to sunny climates
and I swear it has rained every day for months...so sick of it!
The photograph was taken with my iPhone and I used a couple of instagram filters to give it a bit more pop. Background paper is from AP Glacial on it is the photograph clipped to a fotoblendz mask from one of Anna's templates and I layered that on top of a couple of Fotoblendz overlays, I then played about with lots of different distressed brushes from both Different strokes 10 and 11 and AP Storm,AP Glacial and AP Chills to get that bleak stormy feel. I also used a water transfer from AP H2o, desaturated, erased round the edges, rudder the opacity and positioned to give exaggerate the feel of water extending out to the title work. Echoing the reflections on the wet pavement I used Suzie's technique for the title work http://annaaspnesdesigns.com/video-add-shadows-to-elements/
