I gave my photo a more artistic look with the artistic filters. I placed the background in a new file and a resized paper above it! I blended my photo in. The music notes paper came above this! I blended some transfers in, and placed a frame above the photo! I masked parts of the frame out with a layer mask. I duplicated some of the transfers and placed them on the layer above the frame and made a clipping mask! With select-color range I duplicated some white to a new layer and gave that a bevel! I typed the word maestro with the Biloxi Script and transformed it! I blended a duplicate photo in on the background layer in a low opacity. I took some splatters with the Lasso tool from a transfer and placed them. I warmed the total page up with a warm photo filter.
