Tulips in Holland - Annacolor challenge

Keukenhof is a park in Holland where more than 7 million flower bulbs are planted every year. Gardens and four pavilions show a fantastic collection of: tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises, lilies and many other flowers. You will be overwhelmed by a spectacle of colors and perfumes.

oh this brings back such wonderful memories. I've been there twice, once too early (late March) and it was closed, and I stared through the gates like a lost soul, then again when it was in full bloom in April, and it was one of the highlights of my life! I long to return! Thanks for the lovely memory!

I love the placement of the photo and the minimalist touches, making your page a show stopper. I read the fascinating history of tulips years ago and I remember being a little shocked. I will have to look into that again.
