Just love the color palette of the new color challenge. And since I am on a "blue" kick, I couldn't resist playing with this owl picture I found on Pixabay. Gotta love royalty-free striking bird photos.

Used papers, transfers and brushes from APP Inclement. Added a fotoGlow too.

That is ONE striking bird! And nice to see an owl today--I heard yesterday that many snowy owls were recently destroyed in the NYC airports' "bird busting" effort, in an attempt to reduce the flight risks that big bird populations can pose to airplanes. The owls themselves pose no threat, but they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
