I started with transfers and placed them at the top of my page. I mask blended them to reveal/conceal parts.
Then I imported my image,duplicated multiple times and placed a layer mask on each layer. Using multiple brushes and blending modes on each layer.I placed the MultiMedia Hearts on the left,rotating slightly. Then I blended another copy of my image on the right side of my page with mask and brushes.I placed a title using the InkedWordsLove. Then on a separate layer,I brushed on the watercolor heart using sampled color.
