I started by sharpening my photo. I duplicated the photo two times and started working on copy 2! I set my foreground color to black and white and in the filter gallery I chose Artistic- Cutout. I adjusted it a bit and then on copy 3 I chose filter-Sketch-halftone. Then I set the blend mode to Color Burn and reduced the opacity! This gave me a nice effect! I played a bit with opacity on the layers and then I merged them! I made my new file and placed the photo. Then I placed the background layer, and above that layer the transfers and brushes. I made a new layer strip on the right of the page above the transfers and reduced the opacity! From another photo (the skater) that I already used and did a photo treatment on I made a blending in the strip! I added some text and the word strip and the elements and the scribble. I extracted my title from a word strip and duplicated it and gave it color. I nudged one a bit to get this effect! Then I felt I missed something and I made a small stroke out of a paper and placed it to divide the page a little!
Thanks for sharing your photo treatment, I'm trying it! This is a beautiful page with your wonderful photo and block design, love the way you used the right strip!
