Each Spring in conjunction with the Rodeo, the Asphalt Cowboys prepare a huge fund raiser Pancake Breakfast... several blocks downtown are closed off and
renamed Roaring Gulch. There is a huge mixer to make the pancakes, much like a cement mixer... block long griddles and huge coffee tureen. Attendance runs around 10,000! I have been attending for 25 years, usually with my long time friend
Margaret and she usually brings along a few of her friends.
