This accompanying page starts with the same background, a blend of chevron paper over a white textured paper from APP Aspera, with Artsy Transfers Chills used
- as a clipping mask for the photos
- as blending under the photos
- as blending over the photos
The Chills transfers were able to convey the dynamic motion of the ocean.
The bottom photo is clipped to a Chills transfer, then additional copies of the photo are blended on top with inverse masks, Soft Light, Overlay and Normal, to paint back in some of the color and the detail of the building.
The top photo is blended using brushes from APP Aspera, with another copy in Overlay mode to brighten the bridge and beach and a third copy behind (with inverted mask) to reveal more blue sky.
Frame is from APP Find My Way in Darker Color mode and between the photo layers.
