Process
A solid dark paper from APP Glacial was selected as the background. Artsy Transfers Chills_5 was opened and the photo was clipped to the paint layer, duplicated and clipped to the blue stain layer. A composite image was made and dragged onto the solid paper. Transfers and artstrokes were placed around the image. The page was finished with embellishments, multimedia winter clusters and word art.
