Walking on the street at late evening and seeing beautiful lights and reflections! I wanted to capture this!

I started to make my own artsy background with the brushes and the transfers! That took me a while! I placed them up and under each other and used different blending modes! I made a sketch from my photo and used a white and dark blue version to show the contours of the houses! ( I masked the white version back in, with a layermask!) I also gave them a bit of bevel and emboss! I added an element and the little title! I gave the piece a blurred stroke and a bit of shadow!
