Process:
I merged two paint layers to hold my big photo. Then I added one artsy and two solid papers for the background, blending them with different modes. I gave the large photo a custom shape swirl in neon yellow, masking away bits with a layer mask and reducing the opacity to 35%. I framed my small photo, then wrote the journaling. I built up the surfaceand accentuated the light in the custom shape swirlby adding stains, paints, brushes, and texture. I got the blue color on the small black and white photo by putting transfer # 2 on top and blending it on multiply mode at a reduced opacity of about 75%. I finished up with the embellishments.
