Process
A solid paper from APP Blitzen was used as the background. I lightened it up a bit using the levels adjustment. The photo was changed to a watercolor using the technique by Eva Create a Watercolor Effect [url=http://annaaspnesdesigns.com/tutorial-create-a-watercolor-effect/] Create a Watercolor Effect [/url] and then clipped to a fotoblendz mask. Several transfers were layered under the photo to give some texture. Taped textures were added with the blending mode changed to overlay and duplicated several times. This is a softer look. Magic Sparkles were layered over the photo and inverted to white. Several fotoglows were layered behind the photo. Word art, embellisments and a stitching were added to complete the page.
