i have done similar cards and the lining up and sizing of the text can take a while so, this time, to make it easy i used one of Anna's word art graphics. i placed the graphic then, using the magic wand tool, i made masks for the different ho ho's. then, i clipped the glitter alpha to the new masks. decided to make it all a little more festive, so i added a few elements. the poinsettia was recolored and the berries in the middle are just a copy of the berries that are part of the foliage. the snowflake was made using the custom shape tool.
