ArtPlay MiniPalette Vibrant by Anna Aspnes ( special for Black Friday)
I used inverted masking on the photograph then layered transfers behind. I changed the pink transfer to white using the lighten slider in hue and saturation menu and repeated several times layering one on top of the other. On top are brushes from the AP plus word art and tape all on Colour burn mode. i've also used a couple of taped textures. The font is on overlay mode.
