Process:
I built a balloon and heart landscape around the extraction of my daughter and blended in my photo using soft light mode. I added the Artsy Transfers below and above. There's a color called daiquiri ice in the Love Story Artsy Transfers, and I duplicated that a lot and used it everywhere with different blend modes, including on top of the Gentle Morning Artsy Transfers. I duplicated the pink plastic heart that comes with the Love Story Artsy Transfers and scattered that around, then finished up with the loops and artstrokes. Last came the word art.
