Process:

Document created,image selected.
transfers,overlays and brushes placed under and above image and clipped to a transfer.
resized,blending mode applied then all these were clipped to a fotoblendz.
frame placed over with shadow applied on another layer.
more brushes and overlays placed around image,some were recolored.
overlays were placed to left and right of image and duplicated,some parts erased and opacity adjusted.
Three solid papers were then added to layer stack,with two placed below image and one placed above image,blending modes applied.
word art placed and size adjusted.
urban threadz was placed on top of frame and duplicated
