A photograph I took in the summer of one of the parks in Bristol UK during their annual harbour festival.
I clipped the photograph to one of the AP brushes then positioned on top of a couple of transfers on colour burn mode. At the bottom of the photograph is another transfer, this time on linear burn. I used two of the lace frames underneath the photographs, reversed to make white and one on top to give a textural feel to the page...that's it
