Process : Scanning the photo to get an acceptable quality was tricky. this is a old family photo from 1960 -very small.
Background was started with a paper from APP Generation. I clipped the photo to watercolor fotoblends on 3 different layers and blend mode to get deepth and color. then i added many transfers, playing with blending modes. I framed with 2 copies from frame Palette Daffodil, erasing different parts.
I finished placing the transfer and WA on the left corner, the WA under the frame, and a few more splatters....
