METHOD:
I took the paper from APP Vintage Rose and darkened it. This way it showed up more texture and gave a background base for the white/light colours. I added some of the transfers and overlays. From MM Frames I took some of the elements included in the pack as well as a frame set (PSD). Finally I added the wordART.
