They came with the stuff I used to order online when I did paper scrapping. I think you could find them sold at most scrapbook stores in sheets.

omigosh Girl!!!!!!! This looks soooooo awesome!!!! i love it love it love it!!! I totally need to do one now. did you print directly on chipboard or print the pages then adhered to chipboard? and how do you do the binding? what is that cool kraft looking cloth binding? omg. I *need* to know how you did this!! hee hee. can ya help a girl out?
