The Process
The photo was taken at dusk with a gorgeous sunset reflecting on the steel structures. I used Stackables (iphone app) to enhance the color and add texture. A neutral paper from AP Wayfaring was selected for the background. Different fotoblendz masks from Watercolor FotoBlendz 1 were layered together and merged to make a new mask, with the blending mode changed to color burn. The photo was clipped to the mask, duplicated with the blending mode changed to screen (reduced opacity). The grass from AP Summers End was clipped to the photo, duplicated with the blending mode color burn. The grass was duplicated again (not clipped) and was place above the photo. A transfer from AP Bask was layered behind the photo with a warm glow. Overlays, stitches, multimedia arrows, embellishments and splatters were layed onto the page.
