process...
i started with a solid from ap summers end. all of the layers of one of the generations artsy transfers were placed above the solid. then i added an adjustment layer changing the hue of the entire page to the blue/green colors. the photo is blended over the artsy transfer layers. a few more brushes, the gem, and journaling were added and it was done.
