All about the ink
So this is my school photograph when I was 5 years old and I'm old enough to have started school when the desks had inkwells and ink stains inside... 
Not a lot of process here, just layering of transfers and stains from MM School. I loved the inky look to the brushes from the Ap so just used them as they were to create that messy ink stain look. The frame is duplicated, one reduced in size and layered behind the photograph, both are Hard light mode. The butterfly is duplicated, with one underneath the frame and the other on top for a little more definition but partly erased to continue the faded look. I scanned the bookplate from a school prize and selected the text to include on the page - Very good work in P 1 - Go me!
