The envelope:
As you come across a bench in a pretty spot on your hiking trail, do take time to sit down.
Journaling:
The old bench was surrounded by wildflowers, dead wood and tall grasses. There was an aspen tree growing up behind it. We sat down. The view of the lake was gorgeous.
