Process: I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Heart Beach. I added a fotoblendz from Melange FotoBlendz No 4 and clipped my photo to this. I added adjustment layers for Hue/Saturation and Brightness/Contrast to my photo. I placed textures on the house and in the water from TissueTextures No 6. I added brushes from the APP and some were recolored. I placed these along the waterline but also on the building farthest. I placed a gold paint and an artstroke on the nearest building. I finished the page with embellishments from the APP and also the title.
