Southern Arizona, my former home, has crazy, crazy weather. Monsoons, dust storms, haileverything but snow. (Well, rarely on the snow.) Oh, and beautiful rainbows. Once after a dust storm, I saw a double rainbow that took my breathe away. This amazing photo was taken by Greg McCowan, outside of Tucson. The Storm palette perfectly showcased the beauty of Mother Nature and the talents of a great photographer.
