Journaling reads: It is not often that you find a horse that likes something like drinking from a hose - let alone a sprayer nozzle, while getting a bath, but I do find that each horse has that special, quirky side of him, and it is always nice to see a horse so comfortable with his owner that he lets that quirki-ness come out.

My Process: I began with ALT 203 and attached the photo to both masks of the two frames, and also attached it to the 2 white paint layers to the left of the frames. I copied the photo one more time, and placed it on the top of the layer stack, and using inverted masking, painted in just the horse and owner to the left of the frame, but including the portion of the horse that lands on top of the frame. I then began working with the various template layers changing their color to work with the photo colors. I added the cloud transfer, and duplicated the splatter moving it to various locations on the page. I used one copy around the horses mouth, changing it to blend mode divide to turn it white. I added the title, and journaing. The title font was extremely fine in some places, so I added a stroke to thicken it up, and then copied it, and changed the bottom copy to add a wide white stroke and shadow. I separated the shadow, and used the smudge tool to create the custom shadow. I added the urban stitches to the frame, and placed the WordART on the background portion of the top framed photo, placing it on blend mode divide. I added the horse shoe and the word strip, and the ArtStroke and called it finished.
