Process: I started with two artsy papers from ArtPlay Palette Downtown which I blended together. I added my photo and blended also this to the bckground. I did an inverted mask and painted the photo back. I did some adjustments for Hue/Saturation and Levels. I placed a brush and embellishments from the APP and added the title from Downtown WordART No 1.
