Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Downtown as the background. I placed three transfers from ArtsyTransfers Downtown in the top of the page. I then placed my photo on the top of these and the blend mode was set to Multiply. I transformed, duplicated and changed the blend modes for some of the transfer layers and I also moved layers to other parts of the page. I added some brushes from New York No 1 and finished the page with the title from Downtown WordART No 1.
