Process: There are two different photos: one clipped to the archi mask_4 and the second a sketch just above solid paper_5. I placed transfers and brushes below and above the photo layers, recoloring and adjusting as needed. I clipped a gradient mask to architexture2_2. I created a cluster with elements from several palettes, added some splatters, threadz and artstrokes. I wrote my journaling and added a title.
On the left, I enlarged the frames a little and moved them towards to right. I used the same sketch that is on the right just above solid paper_5. I attached my photos to the masks and converted one to black and white. Next I attached a photo to watercolor fotoblendz6_5. I placed some of the same transfers, rotating as needed. I also used some of the templates stains, textures and artstrokes. I wrote my journaling and added a title to coordinate with the right side. Tip: I cut out part of kreasedtransfer2_5 with the marquee tool and placed it over the title sticker in order to try to get the sticker to look like it was bent over the flower stem. I attached a layer mask to hide the excess over the edges.
This is absolutely beautiful! Love how the photo on the right page blends into a sketch. Love the foliage accents and the ladybugs. Also what you did after putting the two pages together; the kreased transfer and the fine line around each page. Wonderful job Linda!!
I had to link to the KreasedTransfer to see what it was--pretty fabulous how you used it. The sketch-like images behind the primary photos are intriguing; I adore that look. The other thing? Those uber-subtle red pops that lead the eye dancing across the page....
