I love to dig in
the dirt...its
truly a spiritual
experience for
me...a time when
Im especially
close to God.
The month of May
appears on the
calendar and I head
to the nursury.
Someone asks if I need help.
I decline the offer. I know
what I want, but first I just
want to take it all in. I head
to the green house so I can
'swim' in the sea of
geraniums. I admire the
dahlias and roses...run my
hand through branches of
rosemary. This year I
incorporated a couple of
heirloom tomato plants...Cherokee Purple and
Black Prince...waiting now for them to ripen.
