Page process-
Layer up two paperies and resize one and shift to the side off center
Clip photos to photo masks and then resize all layers of the photo + fotomask, frame, and shadow and then arrange them as visually appealing ( if you need more frames then simple duplicate the frame layers)
Add brushes and transfers and recolor from options in the photos
Add WordART or journaling as you choose
CoolGlows have the saturation blending mode applied here and the opacity decreased. (Where the CoolGlow covered the photo face that area was simply erased)
Elements and Stitching were added
Tape on the edges has the hard light blending mode applied
Edge overlays were recolored and resized
