Process: I extracted and applied filters to the photo first. Then I dragged it over to a new blank document. I recreated the smoke in the photo with brushes and layers from MM Bursts. I added the solid paper and a transfer from AP Honor. Above, I used some stains, ink and splatters from ALTMP_7. Just below the photo, I placed an artstroke from AP Oasis and most of the layers from MM Bursts1_3, recoloring and moving as needed. Finally, I added the title, journaling and date. I off set the words purple smoke bombs and gave the entire title a bevel and emboss style as well as a small drop shadow. To the right, I placed a star from AP OuterSpace, adjusting the color with a hue and saturation layer.
