Page Process-
The photo was clipped to a transfer and first the transfer was duplicated and the two layers were merged to allow the photo to show thru better.
Next the photo was duplicated and the hard light blending mode was applied and some areas were erased slightly to further blend the photo and the background.
Multiple brushes were added and recolored in white or blue from the page background and blended into the page design. Additional transfers were also layered up in the page design.
White and blue stitching was randomly placed along with a few elements and WordART.
