I started with an artsy background from ArtPlay Palette City Limits. I added a fotoblendz from Layered FotoBlendz No. 3 and clipped the photo to this one. I added adjustment layers for Brightness, Curves, Levels and Hue/Saturation to the photo to get the look I was looking for. I placed a transfer from ArtPlay Palette Metro Graffiti in the left bottom corner of the photo and changed the blend mode to Overlay. I placed the title from ArtPlay Palette City Limits and added some effects: Bevel & Emboss, Inner Glow, Outer Glow and a Drop Shadow. Then I added brushes from both APP and ArtPlay Metro Graffiti BrushSet. I finished the page with sign and stitching from ArtPlay Palette Metro Graffiti.
